Another Kingsway Hall rescue. Naturally, the bass line is on the same frequency range as the famous underground rumble, and when it's piano, an especially loud train passes under the hall. One of the last analogue recordings in the hall. The tape seems to have been somehow wrinkled in the beginning.

An excellent recording in all aspects. I appreciate Bolet for the fact that he's precise to the millisecond, even in the forte, but without being a steam roller like Richter for instance. This being a Kingway Hall recording, I removed the traffic noise, and reduced the pedal noises, which I hate. Adjusted the stereo image and the frequency distribution so this recording I can say really shines ...
